Meet Jamie

I started practicing Hatha Yoga in 2008, and after a cross-country move, found my community in Fort Myers, FL. Interested in science and healing from an early age, my life path directed me toward the more natural, empowering, holistic, and comprehensive approaches for wellness, mental health support and life balance accomplished through Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Ayurveda. It brings me great joy to share this passion with family, friends, and students. â€‹

I teach yoga with focus on positive body awareness, functional stability, empowering education, deep relaxation, and a good dose of humor. I also offer private Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Ayurveda sessions, and host regular Ayurveda workshops to bring a simple understanding of the science to a wider audience. In 2024 I opened Sacred Nature Studio, a Yoga Studio in Fort Myers where I offer online and in-person private sessions, classes, workshops, and consulting, and am available for group, business, and medical collaboration, functions, classes, and workshops.

I am blessed with four funny and brilliant adult children, 1 handsome puppy and 3 sassy cats, and live in Fort Myers, FL with my high school sweetheart and best friend, Jason.

I hold tremendous love and gratitude for my teachers and their teachers

and for the beautiful Indian culture, and am honored to carry

forward the Light of these living traditions.
