The things you worry about and strain to hold are okay, and it's okay to let those go.

It's okay when you're frantic, when you're restless and fearful, it's okay.

All the Great things you've ever sought are already there and within reach, and it's okay that you worry they're not.

It's okay to linger in your grief, but it's okay to take the lessons and release.

It's okay to save yourself, and it's okay not to save everyone else.

It's okay to be angry, and it's okay to know that anger and forgive at the same time.

It's okay to step into your life, your purpose, your power.

It's okay to be everything you never knew you were meant to be.
